Learn to Meditate (2x1hr group session) – Held over two consecutive weeks, this workshop will teach you the basic skills of mindfulness meditation. You will be encouraged to practice between the sessions using guided recordings. More information coming soon.
Meditation Intermediate ( 1 x 1hr group session ) – This workshops will require basic understanding of mindfulness skills. It will include a range of new skills, concepts and activities which can be taken out of the workshop and used to improve and enrich your life
